Altillion has been awarded a paid feasibility study with a leading global lithium producer, evaluating its ALIX platform for the recovery and purification of lithium from brine.

The study will assess ALIX’s ability to extract, concentrate, and purify lithium from a challenging brine and will measure key performance metrics, including extraction efficiency and process simplicity — reinforcing the platform’s potential as a cost-effective alternative to conventional lithium processing.
Engaging at the bench scale with one of the world’s foremost lithium producers marks an important step as Altillion extends its platform into the global battery-materials market. ALIX is designed to reduce capital and operating costs by simplifying flowsheets and minimizing equipment, and is adaptable across lithium, copper, and other minerals.
“Validating ALIX with one of the most sophisticated industry players is exactly the test we want,” said Jay Keener, CEO of Altillion. “The results are expected to give us real confidence as we advance the platform toward larger-scale work.”
